Return Process

  Ensure your yarn is in its original packaging, including the label, and has not been wound into balls, cut, or used in a project.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in a sturdy box to prevent tangling or damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned fibers, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
