How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the domestic US typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping varies by destination.
What is your return policy for yarn and looms?
We accept returns on unused yarn in its original condition (skeins or cones) within 30 days of purchase. Please note that floor looms and custom equipment may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for guilds or shops?
Yes, we have a wholesale program for brick-and-mortar retailers and bulk discounts for weaving guilds. Please contact our support team with your tax ID to apply.
How can I calculate how much yarn I need for a project?
Each product page includes specifications for yards per pound (YPP). We also offer a variety of weaving patterns that provide exact yardage requirements for specific warp and weft setups.
Are your dyes colorfast and safe?
Our yarns are dyed using professional-grade, low-impact acid dyes or GOTS-certified organic dyes, ensuring vibrant colors that are safe for your home and resistant to fading.
